Refund policy

30-day returns
You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.

12-month guarantee
If after 12 months you don’t find the Leader Tools product you bought to be the best-value leadership training you’ve invested in, contact us for a refund.

EU 14-day right of withdrawal
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you can cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, without giving a justification.

How to return
Email donal@leadertools.co with your order number. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions and a return label. Returns sent without prior approval can’t be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or wrong, email us straight away and we’ll make it right.

Digital products
Digital products can’t be returned once they have been downloaded or accessed, except where the law requires otherwise.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days; your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
