🎲 What are the Team Appreciation Dice?
The Team Appreciation Dice are a team building game for work built around appreciation. The set has six solid wooden 30mm dice, each with a different theme, and 36 appreciation prompts in total, one on every face.
Each prompt describes a behaviour worth recognising. When it comes up, someone names a colleague who shows it and says why. It's employee recognition that happens in the room, out loud, in under a minute.
▶️ How do you play?
Pass the dice round the table. On your turn, roll one die and read the face that lands up. Then name a teammate who shows that behaviour and share a specific moment when they did it.
A full round takes 5 to 10 minutes, so it fits easily at the start or end of a team meeting.
